My workshops are a mix of inspiration, discussion, lectures, practical exercises, teaching and, of course, humour. POST RACE RECOVERY
This program is designed to take place at triathlons, swimming and running events. I provide wind-down, post-race recovery sessions and classes to ensure participants recover from racing in the safest way possible. Event leaders often forget that the pre and post-race care is equally as important as the event itself.
A 3 DAY WEEKEND “GET AWAY” 29- 31st july 2022
Join Steph and Louise for a 3 day weekend away amongst the Worcestershire countryside where we’ll raise our heart rate with a hike or run, cool down with a dip in the river. Stretch our minds and body with dynamic and restorative yoga sessions, before treating ourselves with delicious food and a glass of wine if you like.
All in a space created for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors.

This 4 week course focuses on improving your paddling skills, movement on the board and introduces you to SUP Yoga.

SUNRISE FLOW YOGA LAKESIDE AT cAVERSHAM LAKES - june to september 2021
Join us every Saturday morning at 8-9am at Caversham Lake near Reading for an hour of flow yoga as the sun rises. A wonderful energising way to start your weekend!

POST RACE RECOVERY - CHALLENGING EVENTS SUNDOWNER SWIM 19 jUNE 2021
I’ll be offering short, targeted yoga sessions to warm you up, cool you down and keep you limber between your laps.
Challenging events Sundowner swim is a relay swim round Ellingham Open Water. Challenge yourself to 5 hours solo swimming or enjoy doing a lap and handing over to a teammate. Enjoy yoga sessions, chilling out with friends, pizza, ibiza tunes and mocktails.

Come along to this specialist Yoga workshop for Triathletes, Runners and Cyclists. The perfect way to wind down after a weekend of racing or training and go into the week rejuvenated.
Understand how to incorporate yoga into your current training regime, stay injury-free and maximise your recovery. We’ll cover some basic poses, stretchy flows and then a long relaxation.
No previous experience is necessary. All you need is some stretchy clothes and an open mind.
